2. Event Registration & Participation

Event registration is required prior to participation.
All participants must meet age requirements and safety rules.
Completion of all required waivers is mandatory.
KDK Airsoft reserves the right to deny or remove any participant for unsafe behavior, rule violations, or failure to comply with staff instructions.
Event rules, safety briefings, and staff decisions are final.

3. Payments & Fees

Payments made through the Website are processed via Wix.
KDK Airsoft does not store full payment card information.
All prices, fees, and event costs are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Registration is not confirmed until payment is successfully completed.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated for a specific event:

Event registrations are non-refundable.
If an event is canceled by KDK Airsoft, registrants may receive a credit or refund at our discretion.
No refunds will be issued for failure to attend, late arrival, removal for rule violations, or weather-related conditions unless explicitly stated.

5. Waivers & Assumption of Risk

Airsoft is a physically active recreational activity that involves inherent risks.

By registering and participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

Participation is voluntary
You assume all risks associated with airsoft activities
You must complete and sign all required liability waivers prior to participation
Failure to complete a waiver will result in denial of participation without refund

6. Minors

Participants under 18 years of age must have a waiver completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian.
Minors without proper authorization will not be permitted to participate.
Age verification may be required at check-in.

7. Safety Rules & Conduct

All participants must:

Follow all safety rules and field regulations
Use approved protective equipment
Treat staff and other players with respect
Follow referee and staff instructions at all times

KDK Airsoft reserves the right to remove any participant for unsafe conduct or failure to comply with rules, without refund.

8. Media Release

By attending a KDK Airsoft event, you grant permission for photographs and video recordings to be used for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes unless otherwise stated in writing prior to the event.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and media, is the property of KDK Airsoft and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
